Musical and film composer and lyricist Stephen Sondheim will receive a Lifetime Achievement Tony Award on Sunday evening, and to commemorate, Michael will spotlight jazz versions of Sondheim songs.

June 22nd 
Michael plays singers who have recorded live at the Montreal Jazz Festival as a preview to our live broadcast July 2 – 4.  Don’t miss it!

June 29th 
The great songs of Rodgers and/or Hammerstein 

July 6th
Michael spotlights jazz shows on Broadway, especially with songs of Fats Waller and Duke Ellington, jazz and Broadway songs from Shakespeare, and he’ll celebrate the birthday of Broadway songwriter Frank Loesser.
